Of all the investments I've made into my personal growth and healing, I've learned it starts with building a deeper relationship with ourselves. One that is more intimate, kind, gentle, loving, and empowering. The tools that we believe enable this way of being are experienced facilitators, inner child healing, and community shares.
Over three days, we're going to peel back some of the layers that are holding you back from a relationship with yourself that is filled joy, freedom, and love.

Retreat Agenda
HERU is the Founder & CEO of Liberate. At 26, he was a senior software engineer leading engineering teams to build large-scale mobile apps for major retail brands. He eventually burned out and went through a dark period of depression, where he found meditation. Shortly after, he left his full-time job to figure out how to make meditation more accessible for folks.
4 years later after trying a few different business ideas and healing, he launched Liberate. He quickly went from being 30 in his parents basement with nothing in the bank account to getting flown out by Salesforce to speak to over 500+ employees and by Twitter to open up for their CEO at the time, Jack Dorsey. He grew Liberate to a team of 14 and raised over $250K in venture capital.
While everything looked good on the outside with the fame & new wealth, Heru was buckling on the inside. He went through another deep dark depression and was able to heal through that after investing over $200K in retreats, coaching, plant medicine ceremonies, therapy, etc.. With all that he's been through Heru now wants to use the wisdom to help others in the journey back to their hearts as a thank you to The Most High.

You will be guided in practices for those "aha" moments. That will look like in the form of different activities during the sessions such as guided meditations, discussion prompts between attendees.
Meditation & Inner Child Healing
A lot of the healing work we do will include meditation and inner child healing, which is providing you tools to go back in time to the root of limiting beliefs that prevent you from stepping more into your power.
Community Shares
We do this healing work as a collective. One person's share on the call about their experience can offer you something as well. Giving space for people to also be witnessed provides an opportunity for more growth.
Leadership Pillars
Professional
A lot of professional leadership involves relationships, often times with teams. We'll be looking at ways to develop better relationships and work through miscommunication.
Creative
Creative leadership involves the vulnerable acts of allowing ourselves to play and more self expression. We'll look at blocks to this to bring more creativity to your projects, art, and/or business.
Spiritual
Often what blocks us from a deeper relationship to source is our own shame and us projecting our previous relationships onto Spirit. We'll look at blocks for a more intimate relationship and deeper faith.
